We strive to answer your inquiries as soon as possible.
It is recommended to wear closed shoes and bring warm outerwear on cold days. Long hair must be elasticized and secured under clothing/suit when participating in races. Racehall racing suits are not used during the summer months. Racehall has the same alcohol requirements as in traffic.
Starter kit:
If this is your first visit to Racehall, you will need a starter kit. This includes:
-1 helmet cap
-1 pair of cotton gloves
-1 Racehall APP, incl. user creation in the registration system (Download for free via APP Store or Google Play)
The above 3 items can be kept and brought with you when you visit Racehall again.

1. OPEN RACES (OPEN RACES)
Age limit and requirements:
For open races, all participants must be over 15 years old (except Blue Monday – see below). Participants under the age of 16 (i.e. 15-year-olds) must have a signature from a parent or guardian.
Confirmation:
By confirming the booking, you accept:
-You arrive at the stated meeting time 30 min. before driving. Please pay special attention to the meeting time.
-All participants are at least 15 years old.
-You are liable for the total price of the booking, even if there are fewer participants on the day. More participants can be added if there is room.
Right of Cancellation
Your order can be canceled within 3 days.
Cancellation after confirmation:
-Less than 2 weeks before the booked date, 50% of the total rental amount is payable.
-Less than 1 week before the booked date, 100% of the total rental amount is payable.
Changes after confirmation:
You are liable for the number of people you have booked, even if you have fewer participants on the day. More participants can be added if there is room. Please confirm the final number of participants in writing no later than 5 days before race day.
2.FAMILIERACE
Age limit and requirements:
At least one child under the age of 15 must participate. Minimum height 120 cm. Participants under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian signature.
Confirmation:
By confirming the booking you accept:
-You will arrive at the stated meeting time 45 min. before driving. Please pay special attention to the meeting time.
-You have at least one child under the age of 15 participating in the race.
-You are liable for the total price of the booking, even if there are fewer participants on the day. More participants can be added if there is room.
Right of Cancellation
Your order can be canceled within 3 days.
Cancellation after confirmation:
-Less than 2 weeks before the booked date, 50% of the total rental amount is payable.
-Less than 1 week before the booked date, 100% of the total rental amount is payable.

3RD CLOSED RACE (CLOSED RACE)
Age limit and requirements:
In closed races there is no age limit. Children taller than 120 cm can drive themselves in a kids kart. Passengers in the twin kart must be taller than 90 cm. For participants under the age of 16, parents or guardians must sign for the child.
Confirmation:
By confirming the booking, you accept:
– You arrive at the stated meeting time 30 min. before driving. Please pay special attention to the meeting time.
-You are liable for a minimum of 12 people, even if there are fewer participants on the day. More participants can be purchased.
Right of withdrawal:
You have no right of withdrawal according to Danish law, as this is a service specially adapted to you. We are happy to disregard this as long as you cancel or change your order at least 4 weeks before your booked time.
Cancellation & change fee:
Your order can be canceled within 3 days. Cancellation after confirmation:
– Less than 4 weeks before the booked date, 25% of the total rental amount is payable.
– Less than 2 weeks before the booked date, 50% of the total rental amount is payable.
– Less than 1 week before the booked date, 100% of the total rental amount is payable. For changes after confirmation: You are liable for a minimum of 12 people, even if you have fewer participants on the day. More participants can be purchased. Please report the final number of participants in writing no later than 5 days before the race day.
4.LE MANS
Age limit and requirements:
We recommend that all participants are over 15 years old – but there is no age requirement in closed races. For participants under the age of 16, parents or guardians must sign for the child. Remember to make teams before arrival. It’s a good idea to send team assignments to Racehall in advance. All participants must also have filled out a driver’s license application before arrival to speed up registration. If you have special wishes for the race, this must be agreed with the Course Manager no later than 72 hours before race day.

By confirming the booking, you accept:
-You arrive at the stated meeting time 30 min. before driving. Pay special attention to the meeting time.
You are liable for a minimum of 15 go-karts, even if you have fewer participants on the day. More go-karts can be purchased.
Right of withdrawal: You have no right of withdrawal according to Danish law, as this is a service specially adapted to you. We would like to disregard this as long as you cancel or change your order at least 4 weeks before your booked time.
Cancellation & change fee:
Your order can be canceled within 3 days.
Cancellation after confirmation: -Less than 4 weeks before the booked date, 25% of the entire rental amount is payable.
-Less than 2 weeks before the booked date, 50% of the total rental amount is payable.
-Less than 1 week before the booked date, 100% of the total rental amount is payable.
For changes after confirmation: You are liable for a minimum of 15 go-karts, even if you have fewer participants on the day. More go-karts can be purchased. Please report the final number of participants in writing no later than 5 days before the race day.
5.BLUE MONDAY RACE (Blue Monday)
Participant list: In order for everyone to have the best possible experience, it is important that participants download the app on their phone and create a profile before arrival.
Meeting time:
Please pay special attention to the meeting time 40 minutes before the start. Failure to arrive on time may affect your driving time as we have a tight schedule.
-Parental signature:
All participants under the age of 16 must have a signature from a parent or guardian, which can be provided in the app.
Confirmation:
By confirming the booking, you accept:
– You will arrive at the stated meeting time 40 minutes before driving.
– There can be up to 36 go-karts in each race, so you will be racing against others.
Right of withdrawal:
Danish law, as this is a service specially adapted to you.
Cancellation & change fee:
Your order can be canceled within 3 days.
Cancellation after confirmation:
– Less than 2 weeks before the booked date, 50% of the entire rental amount is payable.
– Less than 1 week before the booked date, 100% of the entire rental amount is payable.
6.PAYMENT
-Payment must be made in full upon arrival and not per person. We accept 99% of all Payment Cards/Credit Cards.
-It is not possible to receive an invoice.
-Any changes to this order should be made in writing to [email protected].
-Subject to errors and changes.
7.GIFT CARDS
Racehall gift cards can be used in both Racehall Aarhus and Copenhagen.
The gift card is valid for 3 years and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Racehall gift cards must be brought and redeemed upon arrival at the reception.
They cannot be redeemed via online booking.
Right of withdrawal when purchasing gift cards: If you regret the purchase of a gift card, you must contact Racehall within 14 days and inform Racehall that you wish to cancel your purchase.
8. PERSONAL DATA POLICY, DATA INFORMATION, PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary in order to deliver the product to you.
The personal data is registered by Racehall and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Data information
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
The data controller of the website is Racehall.
You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at [email protected] – write “Data information” in the subject field.
