Information: At Racehall we also offer a handicap-friendly go-kart, which allows the driver to control the go-kart using only their hands.
Developed in close collaboration with Danish manufacturer Dino and former Danish Formula 1 hopeful Jason Watt, the go-kart model performs like our other go-karts, but the accelerator and brakes are controlled using two levers on the back of the steering wheel.
This provides a unique opportunity for people who, for one reason or another, can’t use their legs to still get behind the wheel of the world’s largest indoor go-kart track and feel the adrenaline rushing through their body turn after turn.
Like all our karts, the HandiKarten has a sports exhaust with built-in catalytic converter and runs on environmentally friendly petrol from Aspen, so you can go full throttle with a clear conscience (read about our low CO2 footprint under the “About Racehall” tab on the front page)
The seat can of course be adjusted back and forth so you can find your optimal position behind the wheel.
The seat is also extended with a headrest and you are securely fastened with our customized 4-point H-harness. The kart is also fitted with a hydraulic brake system with pressure equalizer and added De Haart adjustable anti-gas system, so safety is always top notch.
And just like our other adult karts, we’ve included a weight equalization system in this one too, so you can compete on an even playing field – we can weigh each kart up to 30 kilos.
All karts are serviced and test-driven once a month, ensuring that it’s the driver, not the kart, that determines the lap times, thus ensuring that it’s the real winner who has the gold around their neck afterwards (although usually only the winner thinks so 😉).
And of course, we also have a full-time mechanic and a fully operational workshop on-site, so we can live up to the high standards we set for ourselves and the experience we deliver to our many satisfied customers.
