Participant list: In order for everyone to have the best possible experience, it is important that participants download the app on their phone and create a profile before arrival.
6.PAYMENT

7.GIFT CARDS
Racehall gift cards can be used in both Racehall Aarhus and Copenhagen.
Right of withdrawal when purchasing gift cards: If you regret the purchase of a gift card, you must contact Racehall within 14 days and inform Racehall that you wish to cancel your purchase.

1.1 This website www.racehall.com is owned and operated by Racehall A/S. When you visit our website or our address, we collect information about you as described in this privacy policy.
1.2 We process all personal data in accordance with applicable law.
2. Booking etc.
2.2 When you send us an email, we process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill your requests, questions or other inquiries.
2.3 When you make a booking, we collect your name, telephone number, e-mail address, number of people to whom the booking relates and possibly your company name. This information is necessary for us to be able to create your booking and enter into an agreement with you about the event, including sending you a confirmation of the booking and any follow-up on your booking status. We store your booking information until 36 months after the event has been completed.

3 Registration
3.2 In addition, you can voluntarily provide your email address if you wish to receive your driving times by email. We will also use your email for marketing our occasional offers and events, unless you have opted out.
3.3 You can also provide your phone number and postal code voluntarily. We only use your phone number to be able to contact you in case we need it. Your postal code is only used for anonymous statistics to help us improve our services.
4. Driver’s License
4.2 You will be provided with a Driver’s License, which you can check in with on your future visits. It is also through the Driver’s License that you have the option to switch from standard maps to

6.2 If you have purchased a gift card, we will store the data until 5 years after the gift card has been redeemed, as a result of section 6.1.
7. CCTV
7.2 All video material is used and stored in accordance with current legislation in the area, which prescribes deletion within 30 days, unless the recordings are to be used as documentation in a dispute. If the recordings are used in a criminal case, they are passed on to the police for further processing.
8.1 We use data processors for the provision of our services, including for example the supplier of our IT systems (booking and Driver’s License). Our data processors are subject to our explicit instructions and we have a written agreement with all our data processors which ensures that your data is stored securely and complies with legal requirements.
8.2 We will not disclose your personal data to others unless it is strictly necessary according to law or to fulfill the agreement with you, see section 8.3.
8.3 If you book time at Sallie’s Race Lounge, Gastro Hall or Skiarena, we pass on your booking information to the companies that provide these services. According to our agreement with these companies to operate under the same roof, they do not use your information for any purpose other than to complete your booking and order.
