At Racehall, it starts on the track.

Racehall will brief you before the start, and then you’ll drive indoor go-karts on the Racehall Aarhus track in Viby. The goal here is to find the fastest line, hit the braking points just right, and keep your cool when the driver in front suddenly takes up a little more space in the turn than planned.

Once the race is over, you’ll continue the Christmas party with a much better starting point for the rest of the evening:

The meeting and conference area can accommodate more than 80 participants and can be divided into smaller rooms as needed. There is AV equipment, strong Wi-Fi, and the option to customize the setup to fit your program.

How many people can attend a Christmas party at Racehall Aarhus?

Racehall hosts events for 1 to 1,200 people, so even larger Christmas parties can be part of the program.

The catering itself takes place at Gastro Hall, which can accommodate over 100 guests.

Racehall Aarhus’s 1,000-meter indoor track has 14 turns and can accommodate up to 34 go-karts at a time.

If there are more than 34 participants, the race will be held in multiple heats so that the entire group can take to the track.

Racehall offers several race formats, and we tailor the format to the group’s size and skill level.

In Aarhus, we offer, among other things, 30- or 60-minute F1 races as well as Le Mans. Le Mans is for groups of 30 or more and is run with a minimum of 15 go-karts over 1½ hours.

We’ll help you choose the format that best suits your group and the rest of your Christmas party program.

If you book an Exclusive Event, you’ll have the track all to yourselves.

Otherwise, you’ll be driving alongside other drivers on the track.

Yes. And it would almost be a waste of a race not to.

Racehall offers medals, medal sets, go-kart figurines, and gold and silver trophies. There are also trophy and figurine options featuring bubbles.

So when the Christmas party continues at Gastro Hall, there won’t be any debate about who’s bringing this year’s title to the table.

Yes. Participants who do not wish to ride will watch the race from the sidelines and then attend the Christmas party at Gastro Hall.

The race will take place at Racehall Aarhus.

Food, drinks, and the Christmas party itself will be held at Gastro Hall, which is located in the same building and offers a direct view of the go-kart track.

So head straight from the competition on the track to your table at Gastro Hall—with your lap times and rankings still fresh in your memory.

Racehall Aarhus and Gastro Hall are open until 8 p.m. every day.

And they open at 10 a.m.

Yes. Racehall Aarhus has separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with accompanying shower facilities.

Yes. There are lockers in the changing rooms.

Yes. Racehall’s meeting and event facilities are equipped with audiovisual equipment and high-speed Wi-Fi. The spaces can accommodate a total of over 80 people and can be divided into smaller rooms as needed.

No. You are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages to Racehall. Food and beverages for the Christmas party are provided by Gastro Hall.

Yes. There are more than 100 free parking spaces at Racehall Aarhus.

You can also charge your car at our neighbor, Aarhus Vand, and we have Tesla chargers in the parking lot.

If you arrive by train or bus at Aarhus Central Station, you can take Bus 200 toward Skanderborg or City Bus 1A toward Kolt from Banegårdspladsen and get off at Hasselager Allé/Skanderborgvej. From there, walk 670 meters to Racehall.

Alternatively, you can take Light Rail L2 toward Mårslet from Platform 0 at Aarhus Central Station, get off at Gunnar Clausens Vej, and walk 766 meters to Racehall.
